Team Lead is an early-leadership role for high-potential individuals. The role is aimed to help these individuals gain leadership experience through a combination of people & operations Management responsibilities while also being able to expertly do the duties of a Team Member as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Applicants must be 18 years or older to apply
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- Experience in Family Entertainment Centers, Food Service, Retail, and/or Hospitality is strongly preferred.
Duties
- Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
- Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
- Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
- Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
- Works under the direct supervision of the GM and AGM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations, and priorities.
- Work as a team with other management team members

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift
- Weekends only
