All team members are cross-trained and will perform each of these roles at some capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create an amazing experience for every guest
• Keep the park safe, clean, and full of energy
• Help guests check in, book sessions, and understand park offerings
• Host unforgettable birthday parties and group events
• Prepare and serve food in the café
• Support your team and jump into different roles throughout your shift

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliable and shows up on time
• Team player with a great attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, active environment
• Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus (not required)
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate engaging events and activities that excite and entertain guests of all ages
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests, answering questions, and ensuring a memorable visit
• Manage guest interactions with professionalism, including resolving conflicts quickly and effectively
• Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or merchandise sales
• Maintain safety standards by supervising guest areas and applying conflict management techniques when needed
• Support the team in setting up and breaking down event spaces, ensuring smooth operations
• Use public speaking skills to communicate clearly and confidently with groups or individuals during activities or announcements

Requirements

• Previous experience in Family Entertainment Park or hospitality is highly desirable
• Strong conflict management and customer service skills to handle diverse situations gracefully
• Experience working with children or in a resort or theater environment is a plus
• Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly during transactions
• willingness to learn is appreciated
• Excellent communication skills for public speaking and guest interactions
• Background in food service, hospitality, or related fields will help you excel in this dynamic role
