ASSISTANT MANAGER
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure each guest receives outstanding service
- Greet guests as they enter the facility
- Tactfully and pleasantly deal with customers
- Maintain awareness of all promotions, active coupons, and advertisements
- Accurately and efficiently ring on registers and maintain all cash at registers
- Maintain an orderly appearance of register area’s and supplies stocked
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by the Manager On Duty (MOD)
- Solicit guests to upsell all transactions to not only save them money but allow them to enjoy the full benefits of our facility.
- Issuing receipts, refunds, credits or change due to guests and knowing what transactions dictate a manager’s approval
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in a retail environment either in cashier or sales is a plus
- A commitment to service, excellence, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to process information and/or merchandise through electronic cash register system
- Ability to communicate with associates and customers effectively
- A strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
- The willingness to learn, be cheerful, with a positive attitude
SALES ASSOCIATE

PARTY ASSISTANT
The Party Assistant is dedicated to fulfilling the Guests’ party expectations and Slick City’s awesome brand of service. The Party Assistant becomes a friend to the Guest in providing a fun party atmosphere, creates lasting memories, provides timely service to keep schedules, explains all party options and suggests food and drinks for Guests outside the party package. Outgoing, friendly and a unique, creative interaction style are the most important qualities of this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow all policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, and training programs while reporting to the management team Assigned to a party schedule for the day
- Assist parents with party details upon arrival and throughout
- Interact with children and ensure special attention to the birthday honoree
- Achieve objectives; assist in safety by explaining safety rules, 100% focus on Guest service and cleanliness
- Assist as needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations
- Provide a positive and safe environment for the Guests
- perform and ensure the set-up, serving and break down of parties
- Provide constant customer service to assigned parties during the entirety of their event
- Serve food and drinks, work with kitchen for timely delivery
- Other duties as assigned

ACTION MONITOR
As an Action Monitor you will be interacting with guests of all ages while they use Slick City’s attractions including slides, soft play area and air courts. You will use your excellent communication skills to help bring the action while also reminding guests of our safety protocols when necessary. You love to cheer people on. You are outgoing and friendly and are not afraid to speak in front of groups. You understand that safety comes first and are comfortable enforcing rules in a firm yet friendly manner.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain constant surveillance of guests in the facility: act immediately and appropriately to secure safety of guest. Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.
Always pay complete attention to the attractions and be very interactive with the jumpers. Never turn back to the court.
Keep guests under control to not endanger others. Maintain safety of ALL guests.
Communicate attraction rules to all participants.
Maintain positive relations and rapport with guest, but firm and command respect.
Assist with attraction inspections.
Perform various maintenance duties as directed. Help maintain a clean and safe action park.
Attend regular scheduled staff meetings and in service training.
Always presents professional appearance and attitude and maintains a high standard of guest service.
