Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and engaging Team Members to join our fast-paced, action-packed, and fun work environment! As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering better than awesome Guest experiences.

Applicants must be 16 years or older to apply, have reliable transportation, and be able to work nights, weekend, and some holidays.

Our Mission

Combine proprietary, “We’ve gotta do that!” attractions with an exceptional guest experience to inspire, engage and entertain thrill seekers of all ages.

Duties

• Live the Core Values! Be a reliable, fun, respectful, and engaging Team Member.
• Provide excellent Guest service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs promptly.
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process Guest transactions.
• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure Guest safety by managing attractions and enforcing rules in a fun and friendly manner when necessary.

Skills

• Excellent Guest service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS skills are a plus.
• Experience in family entertainment centers, quick service or fast food restaurant environments is beneficial.
• Background in the food industry or grocery store settings is a plus.
