You can book your party online through our website or by calling your local Slick City park. A deposit is required to reserve your date and time.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for the best availability, especially for weekends and holidays. However, you can book a party online up to 2 days in advance.

Every Slick City party includes: A reserved party table or room, a shared party host, Play time on our attractions, paper goods like plates/cups/napkins and utensils, set up & clean up by our team.

Parties are 2 hours, which includes both play time and time at your time or room.

You should arrive 15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Your party host will help with setup while the kids play before food is served.

Check-in begins 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time. It’s very important that all guests arrive 10–15 minutes early so our events team can verify waivers, issue wristbands, and provide CitySocks before the fun begins. To make check-in fast and easy, please share your party’s waiver link (found in your party confirmation email or by logging into your Roller account) with all guests before the party. This allows them to sign their waiver and RSVP through our POS system ahead of time, which significantly speeds up the process when you arrive.

Yes! Your party table or room is available for the full duration of your party, play time and table time run parallel to each other. If your party includes food (or you’ve added it on), we’ll bring it to your table about 1 hour into your party. Most groups like to: Play for the first 45–60 minutes, Eat and celebrate for 20–30 minutes, Then play again for the last 30 minutes. Your table is your home base the entire time, so you can come and go as you please.

All parties include a base number of 10 guests; however, you can add additional guests for a per-person rate. Rates vary depending on the party tier you choose and whether your party is hosted at a reserved table or in a private room.

Additional guests can often be added for a per-person fee. However, there are situations where we may be sold out of extra party tables if guests are added at the last minute. We highly recommend confirming your final or maximum headcount at least one week before your party to ensure you have enough tables reserved, especially if you expect more than 16 guests.

Each party table seats up to 16 guests. If your party includes 16 kids participating, there will not be extra seating for parents or spectators at that table. If you expect several spectators who would like to sit with the group inside the party area, we recommend adding an extra party table for an additional fee.

Yes. Anyone entering beyond the check-in point is required to have a signed waiver and a wristband, even if they’re only watching.

You can bring in a birthday dessert (cake/cupcakes/cookies) and/or fruit/veggie trays. No other outside food or drink is allowed unless you pay a $50 outside food/drink fee.

Yes! You can bring your own themed decorations, plates, or balloons. Please avoid confetti, glitter, silly string, or anything that could damage walls or surfaces. Piñatas, sparkler candles, and loud noise makers aren’t allowed for safety reasons. Standard party candles are welcome.

Late arrivals can still join in, but the party's end time will remain the same. To get the full experience, encourage guests to arrive 15 minutes early!

Party deposits can be refunded with at least 8 days’ notice. If you cancel 7 days or less before your scheduled party, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a new date or future party.

Yes! Every party comes with a shared party host, similar to a restaurant server. Your host will help with setup, serving food, organizing the group, and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the celebration. Please note that party hosts are shared among multiple parties and work on staggered schedules. While your host may be assisting other parties during the first hour of your event (when guests are playing), they will be fully focused on your party once it’s time to serve food and celebrate.

If the schedule allows, you can often extend your play session for an additional fee. Ask your park team when booking.

Tipping is greatly appreciated but never required. If your party host made your celebration extra special, feel free to show your appreciation with a gratuity, similar to how you would tip a server at a restaurant. Tips can be added at checkout or given directly to your host. The average tip we typically see is $10–$30 per party.
