Story
Slick City Action Park
Headquartered in St. Louis and Nashville, Slick City opened its first location in Denver, CO, in early 2022, introducing the nation to a first-of-its-kind indoor entertainment experience.
The company was co-founded by Bron Launsby, CEO of Slick City, and Gary Schmit, Founder & CEO of Slick Slide—the slide manufacturer and visionary mind behind the groundbreaking slide technology that powers the parks.
As the world’s first indoor slide park, Slick City delivers the exhilarating speed and sensation of a waterslide—without the water—offering thrills unlike anything else on the market. Guided by its mission to pair proprietary “We’ve gotta do that!” attractions with an exceptional guest experience, Slick City is designed to bring together thrill seekers of all ages and generations.
Innovation is core to the brand. Through its partnership with Slick Slide, Slick City develops all attractions in-house, ensuring a steady stream of groundbreaking experiences. To date, 63 patents and patent applications have been filed for Slick City’s proprietary slides and slide mats, with more in progress.
With more than 100 locations signed, under construction, or open nationwide, Slick City is rapidly expanding—redefining family entertainment and building momentum as the leader in action park innovation.
