All online sales are final. Online purchases will NOT be refunded for any reason and cannot be transferred to a different Slick City location. Online tickets can be moved to a different date and/or time IF capacity allows.

CitySocks are required for $4.99/pair and are yours to keep and re-use if they are in good condition. Slick City does NOT allow “grip socks” from other family entertainment centers.

No. All we need to see is your order confirmation on a mobile device or order number!

No. Slick City does not allow outside food or drink. We have a large selection of hot food, snacks, candy and beverages available for purchase at the park!

Friday through Sunday are our busiest times. Monday – Thursday is typically less busy than the weekend.

To avoid lines and ensure your ticket is reserved for the date and time you want, it is best to book online. However, you can also buy tickets in the park at our self-serve kiosks or with a Sales Associate at the counter.

Spectators do NOT have to pay to enter the park, but we do encourage everyone to buy an Action Ticket & experience the FUN! Please note, anyone entering the park, participating or not, is required to have a valid waiver on file. Spectators will receive a separate wristband. Also, children are not allowed to enter the park and loiter or spectate without an adult.

ALL Guests, participating or not, must sign a waiver online or upon entry to our parks. Guests under the age of 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

YES. Everyone purchasing an Action Ticket or Pass must wear CitySocks. CitySocks are $4.99 and are yours to keep and re-use.

There are age limits for certain attractions. To use the slides, you MUST be 4+, whereas our soft play area is strictly designed for ages 0-3.
