All online sales are final. Online purchases will NOT be refunded for any reason and cannot be transferred to a different Slick City location. Online tickets can be moved to a different date and/or time IF capacity allows.

CitySocks are required for $4.99/pair and are yours to keep and re-use if they are in good condition. Slick City does NOT allow “grip socks” from other family entertainment centers.

Yes. Veterans, active-duty military and first responders receive 15% off, applied in the park at purchase with valid ID. The discount can’t be applied to online, phone or party bookings, and there is no discount code.

No. We don’t offer Groupon deals, and we don’t accept GetOut Pass or ESA.

No. All we need to see is your order confirmation on a mobile device or order number!

Not for a regular visit. Hot food, snacks, candy and beverages are sold at the park. Birthday parties may bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream and fruit or vegetable trays; see the party FAQ for the full outside-food policy.

Friday through Sunday are our busiest times. Monday – Thursday is typically less busy than the weekend.

To avoid lines and ensure your ticket is reserved for the date and time you want, it is best to book online. However, you can also buy tickets in the park at our self-serve kiosks or with a Sales Associate at the counter.

For a regular visit, spectators don’t pay to enter, but everyone who comes in must have a valid waiver on file and gets a spectator wristband. Children may not enter to watch or hang out without an adult.

Birthday parties are different: one spectator per paid participant is included with the party, and each additional spectator is $7.99. Party space is limited, so we encourage parents to drop off.

Everyone entering the building, participating or not, needs a valid waiver. It is best to sign online ahead of time. Guests under 18 must have it signed by a parent or guardian.

Guests ages 4 and up have access to all of the main slides and air courts. Guests 3 and under have access to the Junior area only (Junior tickets are for ages 3 and under). The Junior Jungle soft play area is for ages 0–5 only.
