Birthday Parties

Check-in begins 15 minutes before your scheduled party start time. It’s very important that all guests arrive 10–15 minutes early so our events team can verify waivers, issue wristbands, and provide CitySocks before the fun begins. To make check-in fast and easy, please share your party’s waiver link (found in your party confirmation email or by logging into your Roller account) with all guests before the party. This allows them to sign their waiver and RSVP through our POS system ahead of time, which significantly speeds up the process when you arrive.

Yes, your table is yours for the whole party. About 45 minutes into play time we make an announcement for the kids to return to the table for pizza (and cake), then they play again for the rest of the two hours.

All parties include a base number of 10 guests; however, you can add additional guests for a per-person rate. Rates vary depending on the party tier you choose and whether your party is hosted at a reserved table or in a private room.

Additional guests can often be added for a per-person fee. However, there are situations where we may be sold out of extra party tables if guests are added at the last minute. We highly recommend confirming your final or maximum headcount at least one week before your party to ensure you have enough tables reserved, especially if you expect more than 16 guests.

Each party table seats up to 16 guests. If your party includes 16 kids participating, there will not be extra seating for parents or spectators at that table. If you expect several spectators who would like to sit with the group inside the party area, we recommend adding an extra party table for an additional fee.

Yes. Everyone entering the building needs a valid waiver, watching or playing. Sign online ahead of time using the party's waiver link from your confirmation email, or at the kiosk when you arrive.

With a party you may bring cake, cupcakes, ice cream or other birthday desserts, and fruit or vegetable trays, at no charge. A child with a food allergy may bring food for themselves, and religious dietary needs such as Kosher and Halal are always permitted. Any other outside food requires the $49.99 outside food fee, paid first. Outside alcohol isn't allowed, and we don't have storage for crockpots, warmers or similar items. We also have in-house food options; ask us.

We provide plates, cups, napkins, utensils and table covers. You're welcome to bring weighted balloons, tablecloths and table decorations. For safety and cleanup, nothing that sticks to or hangs from the walls or ceiling, in party rooms too, and no piñatas, glitter, silly string, confetti, sparkler candles or loud noisemakers. Standard candles are fine.

Late arrivals can still join in, but the party's end time will remain the same. To get the full experience, encourage guests to arrive 15 minutes early!

Deposits are fully refundable with at least 8 days' notice. With 7 days or less, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a new date or a future party. Rescheduling is welcome when capacity allows; just call the park.

When your party is booked at least 8 days in advance, yes. Your Party Host helps with setup, serving and cleanup, may be shared with one or two other tables, and is focused on your party when food is served. For parties booked 7 days or less before the event, a Party Host isn't guaranteed: a team member will bring out your food and drinks but won't stay at the table.

If the schedule allows, you can often extend your play session for an additional fee. Ask your park team when booking.

Tipping is greatly appreciated but never required. If your party host made your celebration extra special, feel free to show your appreciation with a gratuity, similar to how you would tip a server at a restaurant. Tips can be added at checkout or given directly to your host. The average tip we typically see is $10–$30 per party.

Please inform the event specialist when booking so we can make safe arrangements.

Yes. The Reserved Table add-on is $54.99 for up to 120 minutes total at a table, subject to availability, so request it as early as you can. It doesn't include admission or attraction access; anyone who wants to play buys a ticket. Outside food that isn't a birthday dessert or fruit or vegetable tray requires the $49.99 outside food fee in addition.
