The Assistant Manager will drive growth, boost brand awareness, recruit and develop a dynamic team, and enhance the guest experience while fostering a positive work culture.
Position Summary
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support park operations while delivering exceptional guest service and uplifting team culture. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves leading people, creating positive guest experiences, and helping maintain a fun, safe environment. You’ll assist with daily operations, team development, guest escalations, and overall park performance.

- Flexible hours; must be available nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Starting at $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service
- Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
- Support sales culture, growth, and productivity objectives
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
- Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Train new team members and inspire exemplary service and operational excellence
- Work successfully within diversity
- Manage guest escalations and maintain brand expectations
- Maintain proper team member/employer relations and address any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition and performance
- Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
- Work as a team with other management team members
- Works under the direct supervision of the GM, who will indicate general assignments, limitations and priorities
- Perform any additional services or duties as requested by Management

Qualifications

High School Diploma

Supervisor-level experience, preferably in entertainment, hospitality, or retail
